Just providing another reminder that our next volunteer quarterly safety meeting is this Saturday, 2/28/15 at 7:00am. In light of some injuries that have recently occurred, we want to get back to the basics and we will be training on Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Personal protective equipment is your last line of defense in the battle against injuries. We will be discussing the various types of PPE, the purpose of PPE, what PPE is required to be worn, when it is required to be worn, how it should be worn, etc. We feel this is an important meeting and should help to get everyone on the same page with what the expectations are for wearing personal protective equipment. Each field employee who attends this volunteer quarterly safety meeting will earn 400 safety incentive points to be used towards our 2015 volunteer safety incentive program.
We will also be distributing the safety incentive items to the employees that participated in the 2014 volunteer safety incentive program, to those that placed their orders.
The meeting will be held at our usual meeting location at our office at 28059 W. Commercial Ave. in Barrington, IL.
We hope to see everyone at the safety meeting. If you have any questions, please e-mail our Safety Director, Peter Graham at pgraham@4idi.com.
Have a Safe Day!
